History of Sycamore Creek Elementary School
Sycamore Creek Elementary School first opened for students on a year-round calendar on July 7, 2008. For the
first six weeks of school, students, faculty, and staff were housed at Hilburn Drive Elementary School. On August
18, 2008, a brand-new, two-story school building was completed, and Sycamore Creek moved to the new school.
