Sycamore Creek's spring musical CHOMP! III  - "A London Legend" will be performed Wednesday, May 30th for the public. The 7:30 p.m. show is all sold out, but tickets for the 6:00 p.m. show are still available. Don't delay, buy today!!  

Tickets are $2 general admission. The money will go to purchase theatrical lighting and communication equipment for future performances.

Leesville Road High School Summer Sports Camps

LRHS PAC is pleased to announce the summer sports camps are returning!  Registration is now open for all 12 camps, including the new lacrosse and Speed and Agility camps.  Details and registration forms are available online at www.leesvilleathletics.com.  Discounts are offered for registrations received by May 1st.

WAY TO GO!!

Our Balsa Blasters team was able to advance to the State of NC Odyssey of the Mind Finals and did an awesome job on Saturday, March 31, at Wingate University!  They won a prestigious award for their outstanding spontaneous performance and have been invited to the OM WORLD FINALS at Iowa State University from May 23-May 26!  Additionally, they have been asked to create and carry the banner to represent all the NC teams attending the Worlds!  As a school and community, let's rally behind this team to help them continue on this incredible journey!

SCES First in Fitness takes 2nd place in county fitness competition!

Over 1000 athletes from 25 area schools competed on Wed. 3/14. 29 of the 50 athletes from SC placed 1st-5th, helping the Crocs to their best showing in the event. Their hard work and practice paid off!

Our outdoor science classroom is in need of the following gently used tools for investigations and explorations:  soil rakes, garden forks, hand held hoes, weeders, trowels, buckets or tubtrugs.  Any supplies are greatly appreciated and can be delivered to the science lab, room 2215.
