Hello, this is Kristen J. Faircloth, principal at Sycamore Creek Elementary calling with your weekly reminders!
Wow! What a wonderful day we had at our annual Spring Carnival! We appreciate all of the families who came out and enjoyed the fun! A huge thank you to the PTA president Roxanne Rowe, the PTA and all of the many volunteers for their hard work and dedication to make the event a huge success!
We have another busy week ahead of us at Sycamore Creek Elementary. The Volunteer Luncheon for volunteers on tracks 2 and 4 is Wednesday, April 25th! The faculty and staff look forward to showing our appreciation to all of our many volunteers.
Our next Family Night Out is scheduled for April 23rd – April 26th from 4:00-8:00 p.m. at Which Wich in Brier Creek. Our school will receive 15% of the sales generated by school supporters! Many of Sycamore Creek’s Specialists will be at Which Wich to greet our families. Due to the size of the restaurant, tracks have been assigned a special night. Crocodiles on track 1 are invited to Which Wich on Monday, April 23rd!
Tuesday, April 24th welcomes track 2 Crocodiles.
Wednesday, April 25th is assigned to track 3 Crocodiles
And Crocodiles on track 4 will dine on Thursday, April 26th!
Please note if you have a conflict with your assigned night you are welcome to attend any evening. Just tell the cashier that you are from Sycamore Creek Elementary and they will put your receipt in a container that will count towards our school’s total. We hope to see you at Which Wich in Brier Creek next week to enjoy great wiches, shakes and cookies!
Friday, April 27th is an early release day for Sycamore Creek Elementary. Students will be dismissed at 12:30 p.m. Please make sure your child knows how he or she is getting home on early release, Friday, April 27th.
