Kindergarten Registration Information

Kindergarten registration is such an exciting time and we at Sycamore Creek Elementary want to make the registration process as easy as possible.  Here is some information that we hope you will find helpful.

    ITEMS NEEDED FOR REGISTRATION:

    Certified Birth Certificate

    Immunization Records

    Proof of Residence (Please bring one of the following - Signed Purchase Contract, Signed Lease Agreement, Electric, Water or Gas Bill)

    Parent/Guardian Photo ID

    Student Data Sheet

    Home Language Survey

    Student Status for McKinney-Vento

   Student Name and Photograph/Video Privacy Release 
    
    School Enrollment Checklist

    Immunization & Health Assessment Requirement

    Track Preference
